We have our answer ...
Well, I found out on Mother's Day that I am pregnant with our 3rd child. I had an already scheduled appt with a perinatologist here in B'ham to just get on her caseload to kind of get ready and something started nagging at me Sunday night to take a pregnancy test (I kept thinking how bad it would be for a 38yr old woman who has already been pregnant twice to have to be told at a dr's appt that she was pregnant again) and low-and-behold it was positive. As were the next 2 that I took that night. It looks like I am really early - like 5 weeks and I will be seeing my dr every two weeks until probably 32 weeks and then weekly like with Garrett. I am finally not so stunned and am getting happy about it (not that I didn't want to be pregnant but would have probably preferred a little more time but it is God's time not mine and that is the way it should be). ANd then there is Garrett and he is just a clown. He is so very happy and busy and getting into everything and I love every minute of it. He will be a year old in about 6 weeks and I just can't believe how fast the time is going.
Well, I should run ... gotta get him down for morning nap-time.

Oh how awesome is that! I mean the Lord does give us the desires of our heart. It doesn't always come as we think nor arrive as we expect but non the less He hears our deepest cries and has the perfect timing. We do serve an Amazing God. I am so happy for you and K. I know Garrett will be excited as he becomes aware of what is growing in Mommy's tummy! ;)
Oh, the joys of motherhood! It is the one job in my life that I thank God for having been given...
I do pray you have an easy pregnancy!
love ya,
